I have been a professional photographer for over 38 years. Having been a London based photographer for 35,  I relocated to Liverpool but much of my work is still in the London area. I am a member of The British Institute of Professional Photography, and a NUJ member. 

A selection of my work is in the permanent collections of the National Portrait Gallery, the Jewish Museum, and The British Library in London.

I shoot Editorial, Street-photography, Headshots, Portrait, PR, Corporate and Photojournalism throughout the UK and overseas, supplying images for magazines, brochures, press releases, websites, and annual reports internationally. My work has been used for book covers, along with appearing in The Guardian, Observer and The Independent magazines and other national newspapers. I also do personal injury and legal photography.

Along with doing freelance photography work, I teach photography. I was seasonal tutor at Hampstead Garden Suburb Institute for 9 years, and for a many  years at Blake College and other institutions. I run my own workshops for small groups of people or on a 1-2-1 basis.

My clients include, Academy For Chief Executives, Ella Forums, PEP Project Managment, Pizza Hut, Skills For Care, USDAW, The Cooperative Group, The Consulting Consortium, National Market Traders’ Federation, Romain Coleman Solicitors, Tidings Kompaniet Publishing, Insight PA and a number of PR and Marketing companies.

It’s important for me to do personal projects, these tend to be documentary or reportage based, shooting with my Leica Monochrom or Leica M10 cameras. Life outside photography includes cycling on my Brompton bike and swimming. I’ve yet to try wild swimming!
